Welcome to Hnmlrl.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Hnmlrl website, customer accounts, products, checkout, and related services.

By accessing www.hnmlrl.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

1. About Hnmlrl

Hnmlrl is an independently operated online retail store based in Germany.

We offer women’s clothing, handbags, footwear, swimwear, and fashion accessories through our official website.

Hnmlrl is not an online marketplace and does not represent itself as an unrelated designer, manufacturer, or third-party brand.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

Customers must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract under the law governing the transaction.

A person who has not reached the applicable age of legal capacity must use the website or place an order with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian when required by law.

Customers must not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activities

• Submit false or unauthorized payment or customer information

• Impersonate another person

• Attempt to bypass website, account, checkout, or security controls

• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology

• Interfere with website operation or security

• Access restricted systems without authorization

• Use Hnmlrl products or services for an unlawful purpose

Hnmlrl can restrict access when required to protect customers, website security, payment systems, or legal rights.

3. Product Information

Hnmlrl provides product information on individual product pages, including:

• Product descriptions

• Product images

• Available colors

• Available sizes and measurements

• Materials and care information

• Prices

• Availability

Customers should review the individual product page, available measurements, and size information before placing an order.

Product colors can appear different because of device displays, photography, and lighting.

A minor display-related difference does not by itself establish that a product is defective.

If a product received is materially different from its description, damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Hnmlrl Customer Support. The claim will be handled according to the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

4. Product Availability

Product availability can change before an order is accepted.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not reserve the product.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfillment, Hnmlrl will notify the customer.

When Hnmlrl cannot fulfill a paid order or affected product, the applicable payment will be refunded or reversed to the original payment method.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

The ordering process consists of:

1. Selecting products and reviewing the shopping cart.

2. Providing contact, delivery, billing, and payment information.

3. Reviewing product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total.

4. Submitting the order and payment information.

5. Receiving an electronic order acknowledgement or confirmation.

6. Hnmlrl reviewing payment authorization, product availability, and order information.

7. Hnmlrl accepting and fulfilling the order or notifying the customer that the order cannot be accepted.

A product listing allows customers to submit an order. The submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order.

A purchase contract is formed when Hnmlrl accepts the order through an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, unless mandatory law establishes an earlier point of contract formation.

If payment has been authorized or collected but Hnmlrl cannot accept the order, Hnmlrl will cancel the affected transaction and issue the applicable refund or payment authorization reversal.

The contract language is English.

6. Order Information and Cancellation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

• Full name

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Billing address

• Shipping address

• Product selections

• Size and color selections

• Quantity

• Payment information

Customers should review this information before submitting an order.

For an address correction, order change, or cancellation request, contact hello@hnmlrl.com as soon as possible.

An operational cancellation or order modification can be completed when the order status still permits the requested change.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, operational cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

This does not restrict a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

7. Pricing, Currency and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).

The final amount payable to Hnmlrl is displayed during checkout before the customer submits payment.

The checkout total displays applicable:

• Product prices

• Discounts

• Taxes collected by Hnmlrl

• Shipping charges

• Final order total

Hnmlrl does not add undisclosed charges after an order is submitted.

For international transactions, the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider can apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These charges are imposed by the applicable financial institution and are separate from Hnmlrl.

For international shipments, import VAT, customs duties, or other government charges are handled according to the information displayed during checkout and the laws of the destination country.

8. Payment

Hnmlrl accepts the following payment methods:

By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that:

• The customer is authorized to use the selected payment method

• The applicable payment provider is authorized to process the transaction

Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider.

Hnmlrl does not directly store customers’ complete credit or debit card numbers.

All product prices and payments made to Hnmlrl are processed in Euro (EUR).

9. Shipping and Delivery

Hnmlrl provides Free Standard Shipping (€0.00) to destinations enabled for delivery under the Shipping Policy.

Current estimated timeframes are:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days
Shipping Transit: 6–9 business days
Estimated Total Delivery: 7–12 business days

Processing business days are Monday – Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM Central European Time (CET/CEST).

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

10. Responsibility for Goods During Delivery

For consumers covered by German and European Union consumer law, responsibility for loss of or damage to goods remains with Hnmlrl until the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, obtains physical possession of the goods.

Different rules apply when the consumer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered by Hnmlrl, as provided by applicable law.

Ownership of purchased products transfers according to the requirements of the law governing the purchase.

11. Returns and Refunds

Hnmlrl provides a 30-calendar-day commercial return period after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in the Refund Policy.

Restocking Fee: €0.00

Hnmlrl does not charge a general restocking fee for approved returns.

For Hnmlrl’s commercial return policy, customers pay return shipping for eligible:

• Change-of-mind returns

• Incorrect size selections

• Fit preferences

• Color preferences

• Style preferences

• Other preference-based returns not caused by an Hnmlrl error or product defect

Hnmlrl arranges or covers reasonable return shipping when:

• An incorrect product was delivered

• The product arrived damaged

• The product has a confirmed defect

• The product is materially different from its description

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Hnmlrl processes an approved commercial refund within 1–3 business days after inspection and approval. The customer’s payment provider can require additional time to post the refund.

12. Exchanges

Hnmlrl does not provide direct exchanges as the standard exchange process.

For a different size, color, style, or product, customers should:

1. Return the eligible original product according to the Refund Policy.

2. Receive the applicable refund.

3. Place a new order for the desired product.

Incorrect, damaged, defective, or non-conforming products are handled according to applicable statutory consumer rights and Hnmlrl’s Refund Policy.

13. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers covered by German and European Union distance-selling law generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases.

The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

A consumer exercising the statutory withdrawal right does not need to provide a reason.

The consumer must communicate the decision to withdraw before the statutory withdrawal period expires.

After exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the legally required period.

Refunds relating to a valid statutory withdrawal are processed according to the refund method, timing, delivery-cost reimbursement rules, and other requirements established by applicable law.

The statutory right of withdrawal exists independently from Hnmlrl’s 30-day commercial return policy.

Statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply when established by applicable law.

14. Statutory Consumer Rights

Hnmlrl’s commercial policies are provided in addition to mandatory consumer rights.

Consumers retain statutory rights when goods are:

• Defective

• Damaged

• Incorrect

• Materially different from their description

• Otherwise non-conforming with applicable consumer law

Depending on the applicable statutory requirements, remedies include:

• Repair

• Replacement

• Price reduction

• Termination of the contract and refund

Statutory conformity and warranty rights can continue after Hnmlrl’s 30-day commercial return period has ended.

Sale prices, promotional prices, and discounts do not remove statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or replaces consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Customer Accounts and Security

Customers who create an account are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information

• Keeping login credentials confidential

• Protecting account access

• Updating account information when required

• Notifying Hnmlrl of suspected unauthorized activity

Hnmlrl can temporarily restrict an account when required to investigate fraud, protect customer information, maintain website security, or comply with legal obligations.

Account restrictions do not remove rights arising from an accepted order.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the applicable offer.

Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise:

• The offer applies during the published promotional period

• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash

• The offer applies only to eligible products, orders, or customers

• A discount code must be entered before payment is completed

Promotional offers do not reduce or remove statutory consumer rights.

17. Intellectual Property and Customer Content

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, layout, photographs, product descriptions, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Hnmlrl and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive right to access www.hnmlrl.com for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Website content cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, republished, or commercially exploited without authorization except when legally permitted.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers who submit a review, image, comment, or other content confirm that they have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

18. Third-Party Services, Privacy and Website Operation

Hnmlrl uses third-party services to operate its online store, including:

• Shopify

• Payment providers

• Digital wallet providers

• Shipping and fulfillment providers

• Customer service services

• Analytics and advertising services

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Hnmlrl’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.

Hnmlrl uses technical and organizational measures to maintain website security, but uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, service-provider disruptions, or circumstances outside Hnmlrl’s control.

Changes to website functionality do not remove rights arising from an existing accepted order.

19. Liability, Governing Law and Disputes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability when exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

This includes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Mandatory consumer rights

• Defective products when liability cannot legally be excluded

• Other liability that applicable law does not permit Hnmlrl to exclude or limit

For consumer transactions, mandatory consumer protections available under the law applicable to the consumer remain unaffected.

These Terms and contracts entered into through Hnmlrl are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to consumers in their country of habitual residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court available to the consumer under mandatory applicable law.

Customers with a concern about an order, product, payment, delivery, return, or refund should contact Hnmlrl Customer Support so the matter can be reviewed.

These Terms do not require consumers to submit disputes to mandatory arbitration.

20. Changes to These Terms and Contact Information

Hnmlrl can update these Terms to reflect changes in website features, services, business operations, or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

The Terms governing a purchase are the Terms applicable when the relevant purchase contract is formed. A later update does not retrospectively reduce rights arising from an existing purchase.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
