These Payment Terms explain the payment methods, payment processing, pricing, currency, refunds, and payment-related procedures for orders placed through Hnmlrl at www.hnmlrl.com.

Please review these Payment Terms before placing an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Hnmlrl accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club

  • Digital / Express Checkout: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

  • Express Payment Solutions: PayPal

The payment methods listed above are available during checkout. Customers can review and select their preferred payment method before completing the order.

2. Payment Currency

All product prices displayed on www.hnmlrl.com and payments made at checkout are processed in Euro (EUR).

If your card or bank account is denominated in a currency other than EUR, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rate or foreign transaction fees.

Currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution are separate from the amount charged by Hnmlrl.

The final amount payable to Hnmlrl will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

3. Prices and Taxes

Product prices are displayed on the individual product pages in Euro (EUR).

Applicable taxes are included or displayed during checkout according to the order and delivery information provided by the customer.

Any shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Hnmlrl does not add undisclosed charges after an order has been submitted.

Customers can review the complete order total before completing payment.

4. Payment Authorization

Full payment is required at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be confirmed for processing.

If a payment is declined or cannot be authorized, the order will not be completed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment provider selected by the customer at checkout.

Hnmlrl does not directly store customers’ full payment card details.

Customers should not send full credit card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials to Hnmlrl by email or through customer support communications.

6. Order Confirmation

After an order and payment are successfully submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

The order confirmation includes information about the order submitted by the customer.

If you identify an error in your order or payment information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

7. Payment Verification

Orders requiring additional payment verification will be reviewed before processing.

If additional information is required to verify an order or payment, Hnmlrl will contact the customer using the contact information provided with the order.

If payment cannot be successfully authorized or verified, the order will be cancelled.

Any refund resulting from a cancelled order will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Hnmlrl processes approved refunds according to the timeframes stated in our  Refund Policy.

After a refund has been processed by Hnmlrl, additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in the customer’s account.

9. Payment Issues

If you experience a payment issue, including a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, payment error, or discrepancy between your payment and order status, please contact Hnmlrl customer support.

Please provide your order number, the email address used to place the order, and relevant transaction information so we can review the issue.

For your security, do not send full credit card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
